They came to present their fifth study to IENNEI Inoren Ero Ni. After the three previous works, the new album announced that we had finished the trilogy but also a new cycle of the group. Another sign of the new cycle was the songs created during Guantxe’s battery, although it has been in the place left by Mikel Txopeitia – sorry, but the shadow of Pintza is long. They played the songs of five
albums to delight the fans. All songs of IENNEI, except improvised songs, and other works, therefore, Tangier, Bi Ziba Ero, dissonance... List of songs without tache. It starts with the Emea Panther that opens IENNEI and ends with the North of the first job.
Well, let's be honest: they didn't start the concert with a song, if they took it in the strict sense. Okene Abrego, sitting on the board, with a paper in his hand, started reading, dressed like the Leonard Cohen who had just died. Mr. Abrego's mastery of the audience is terrible, it has magnetism, it moves elegantly, it is skillful to turn back on the table, it allows his peers to take on prominence when he returns. Mr Okene is one of those frentres that are rarely seen.
The rest of the group are not left behind either. The aforementioned Guantxe himself has been in charge of giving his sound to the band, something that is especially noticeable in the new songs, as is normal. Mariano, on the other hand, is the column of the solid group that marks the line. And finally, Borja Iglesias: I think most of the sound of Ino Ero Ni. The sound of Churches is raw, its way of playing simple, unpretentious, and it's a fan of dissonance. He's one of those few guitarists who knows he's not playing and who really appreciate him.
