The end of the course often indicates attendance at training sessions, so that the recipient is humble, once and for all open to the suggestions of others or is as undisciplined as our students. How it happened.
This year I have had the opportunity to learn with the Vent debout partnership. From the beginning I went with a point of curiosity: immediately the name of the association caught my attention. I was, “standing in the wind, blowing” what devil could be concealed and the first image was that of Titanic and the second was that of myself raising a tempest on the coast of Hendaye.
Prefect, what do I know about things at sea! I'm from the inside! If it had not been by accident, I would not have seen the sea without the age of twenty! In naval governance, a march is vent debout in French, when the wind is opposite. From there, I became clearer about the incomprehensible title of the course. “Vent Debout, a popular and democratic trajectory,” understanding that you can learn to run your own boat when the bottom wind is the opposite and the big luggage. If we were to resist the winds, if we did not move forward and go back, we would therefore be taught how to do it, with a view to finding a means of progress.
The seaboard knows this, the sailors have other arrangements to circulate in the most effective way possible, that is, at a reasonable speed, but without fear of shrinkage or overload, continuously seeking the most appropriate direction of the wind, not too much on the side, not on the reverse, but with the candles extended as necessary, and thus seeking, always in zigzag and push not forward, but towards the right.
That is what I have retained in the memory of the training days that have been offered to us. After all, a group that wants to make the way in a clear and joint way, that wants a more popular, more democratic trajectory, that wants to promote the separation of power and participation, that has party but has at its disposal various techniques, such as sailors.
Among them, there is an interesting, so-called intermittent conference, which aims to draw conclusions from the story of the experiences without theorizing things, making the experience (in every sense) pleased with the words. This is a de-dramatized explanation, in which one learns to unfold things, de-accentuating the speaker and ensuring that knowledge is made available to all, which is not the treasure of an elite. In other words, redistribution is constantly being proposed and worked on, in order to reach the same goal among all, but instead of fighting against the wind, adapting the steps and sharing the path with colleagues.
Above all, the most precious thing has been to apply a basic concept: freeing the word, talking about anything, but talking all. I've heard someone hear that listening to others is a revolution; if silence is a revolution, it's a revulsion to hear others.
With this kind of participation and sharing, we may not go directly to our destination if it is a question of crossings and negotiations: however, it is unique in the advancement of projects that can be felt, and also in that of personal enrichment. At least, that's how I felt.
Silence, listen, leave your hand, share, equality, personal development. I love the month of June, the time of courses, of solutions, of trying to turn them into something better.

In recent months I have had to work in a number of institutes and, at some point, I have had to talk to the students about the possibilities offered by the labour market. The typology of the students is very varied and in the same city varies a lot from one neighborhood to... [+]

When you work with older people or people with physical and neural diversity, you realize that the idea of competition in our society limits us a lot as a species. That is, our system puts you in value by doing things specifically, and what it doesn't do is incapable of the... [+]

Euskaraldia comes back. Apparently, it will be in the spring of next year. They have already presented it and the truth is that it has surprised me; not Euskaraldia himself, but his motto: We'll do it by moving around.

I do not know if you also have the same perception – I recognise this: here I have started to write in a scientific way. I am referring to the natural extension of the word laziness. I hear more and more in the corners of Hego Euskal Herria: Basque, Spanish and, of course,... [+]
Many at Christmas feel more lazy than illusion when we think about meals and family gatherings. But we anticipate that it is not food that makes us feel collectively uncomfortable, but the normativity that defines the traditional family. Moreover, we would dare to say that the... [+]
I have always found the way in Spanish to the carriages that can be found here and there: humiliating. Isn't it a pretty light, white name or doesn't it have any connotation? After all, everything that was going on there had to be humiliated. It is known that for the god of... [+]
The end of the Syrian Arab Republic has caused great surprise at the way in which it has taken place: fast and almost without resistance. However, it is not so strange when we consider that the country was destroyed, impoverished and trodden. Most Syrians have long been... [+]
