Independence, utopian or practical?

I have no doubt. It is clear that a type of cinema will always need co-productions, both with Spain and with another country. But there are also productions that do not need it. And to measure this country's production capacity, we need a law, a law that regulates audiovisual media in our country. And also an institution, the Basque Institute of Cultural Industries, EIKE, to enforce the standard. Or the acronym you want to put, but to decide whether or not the films presented at the Festival can bear the surname Vasco. My God, which country! What do they expect from each other?
