The two sisters are called Jewish. Papaver rhoeas and Papaver somniferum. The former are also called ansalakuerda, asunkuerda, kukurruku, melingorri and poppy. The second, drowsiness, soporiniferous and oscope-grass.

The first looked confusing in the cultivation fields as well as in the natural areas of the beach. They disappear from both: we are constantly destroying natural environments and increasingly industrial agriculture brings poorer and poorer fields.

We're not used to seeing the second one. Maybe in some garden alone... Here and there, however, you can find opium weed in the field. The photo is from Beranturi or Berantevilla (Álava). I think we're going to see more and more things like this. It is used to produce opium.
