How to Make Self-Criticism (Short Instruction)

You will not find anywhere that denies that self-criticism is a healthy and convenient exercise. There are few such reputable mental exercises. Self-criticism should be done from time to time, at least once in life; but as it can be very dangerous, here are some tips to follow to make self-criticism and get well off.

1. Despite the name of self-criticism, don't do self-criticism on your own. It should be done en bloc. The whole, be it the party or any community you belong to, will tell you when to start making self-criticism and, above all, how far. Self-criticism, of course, has its limits. If you move on your own foot along the path of self-criticism, you can end up in the deserted area of self-determination.

2nd If you make self-criticism in the group, be sure that you are aware of the concrete objectives of self-criticism that the group has previously established, more or less informally.

3. Self-criticism is very easy, it's just asking the other to make self-criticism.

4. Ask your neighbor to do self-criticism before he asks him to do so. The rules of the Far West are also in force in self-criticism, the one who pulls the gun out of the cover before is more likely to survive. Those who ask for self-criticism of others, be they gogaide or enemy, are miraculously acquiring the benefits of self-criticism. It does not need to show the consequences to which it has arrived, it does not have to change tested, it is showing us from moral superiority the way forward.

5. Self-criticism is very simple (bis), which asks you to make self-criticism, on many occasions, almost always, will clarify to you point by point what you have done wrong and what you have to change.

8. Self-criticism keeps you from apologizing for the damage done. Self-criticism is a proactive, multi-dynamic, protopositive phenomenon – put here any other fashionable adjective – and, above all, for the future. So varied is the enumeration of the benefits of self-criticism, which also presupposes that of forgiveness. “I haven’t trained enough for the match. I have to be self-critical – here I prefer to add – with my head”, for example, I don’t have to apologize to the hobby, nor do I have to train any more next time.
