Figures
The month of August has left us figures that can frighten us. It is known that last week there were 47 bodies that left machist violence in the Maryland area. We know that the passion for male rape has not taken a vacation. It seems that at a time when there are fewer jobs than ever before, more and more workers have died, many, in the construction of our infrastructures. The bodies of the brothers in Gaza have exceeded the ability to bury themselves in small plots that Israel has reduced to drowning. The figures for Syrian corpses have exceeded in our minds the ability to digest this, almost like the figures for the billions of euros they mention when they talk to us about corruption.
I thought among the dance of numbers, I was missing others to understand and digest them. How many convictions are there for these murders? How many rapes have some women managed to avoid? How much money have those who have turned their workers into corpses earned? How many bullets and bombs have the Zionists thrown? How many years have we been exploiting the Middle East?
We are said to be empty figures, but let us know at least how many of us are and what we are acting against. Until you win.
