From claim to reality
Regarding the institutional knowledge of Ipar Euskal Herria, qualitative steps have been taken since the beginning of 2012, as a sign of the achievements of this phase. Finally, in the coming months, the other two chapters of the Government’s draft decentralization bill will be debated, again citing the place of Ipar Euskal Herria.
