Hall 6 of Bilbao will premiere in Aste Nagusia two of the productions that have been produced there. Today, Ultimate Feature is a play represented by Ramon Barea and Itziar Lazkano.

In the 1990s, the Karraka band, which was 33 years old, began to run. The play was represented at the Arriaga Theatre. In addition, Ramón Barea and Itziar Lazkano were the protagonists. 20 years later, the literature workshop La Galleta del Norte, with the help of Karraka, “has especially excited the two actors”, said the colleague and interpreter of Pavilion 6 Irene Bau. The play tells the story of two old actors, who have died in a traffic accident. Couple in real life, they will stage a hypothetical last representation in which different characters will appear: Godot, Ionesco, Juan Tenorio, Stanislavsky They'll talk to them, they'll ask them, they'll judge them, before the last big show begins. You will be able to see it from August 15, starting at 9 p.m. in room Hall 6.

The second premiere of the Aste Nagusia in Bilbao is starred by the cabaret Chihuahua in Bilbao. This work brings together eight interpreters: Mitxel Santamarina, Enriqueta Vega, Lander Otaola, Itxaso Quintana, Iñaki Maruri, Quique Gago, Diego Pérez and Irene Bau. The cabaret, written and directed by Felipe Loza, will be directed by actors who will dance, sing and imitate some of the most well-known characters in the theatre. Among others, Liza Minelly, Marilyn Monroe, Amy Winehouse, Cantiflas and Sabino Arana. Cabaret Chihuahua is a place for the joyful nights of the Mexican environment, but the crisis has also hit its inhabitants: the public is deficient, VAT has increased everything, it is necessary to do an ERE, they are at the funeral of the unemployed Frida Khalo and Montserrat Caballé. According to Irene Bau, “cabaret is like life. Musical comedy that ironically reviews the situation of the last decade. We will turn from our development, from the leap from joyful consumption to crisis”.

Coinciding with Aste Nagusia, room Pavilion 6, managed by creators and interpreters of the performing arts, is two years old.
