Capitalism is insatiable, here and in the world. In addition, to carry out their plans, they depend on governments and administrations, always ready to take constant steps against the working class and the grass-roots sectors. Capitalism controls politics, parliaments, institutions and the world economy. And so, it punishes and attacks citizenship. It imposes its prescriptions and antisocial measures. Cyprus is the last example. The troika, the principal representative of savage capitalism, has taken power in Cyprus, with the International Monetary Fund, the European Commission and the European Central Bank. Although it has not been elected by the Cypriots, the troika has decided to attack the citizens’ savings and said that thousands of officials must be fired and salaries reduced. It's a warning for everyone!
Capitalism knows that all of this is going to generate protests and mobilizations. But he knows that the traditional government has at its disposal to control and silence them; thousands of police officers will be put on the streets and citizens accused of “aggression and punishment” will be identified, punished and detained. In the Spanish State, that is what they are doing, against the mortgaged citizens who have mobilized themselves to the homes of politicians. It's curious. They do not persecute the murderous criminals and murderers, they do not persecute capitalism that ruin the blood of the poor and throws millions of people into unemployment and misery. They persecute and arrest the victims. This is capitalism. It is necessary to respond with social and political forcefulness to this situation, against the aggression and punishment of the executioners, against capitalism and against the governments that manage it.
