Until recently, the word imposition was a totemical word of the Abertzale left and those of the extreme left. A stimulus to struggle. In Gipuzkoa it has become the symbol of the unmoved.

On the other hand, it is worth mentioning the word, without removing the importance that this debate has, it is surprising how important it has been to the subject, as if it were the mother of all conflicts, or problems! In the debate, the opposition considers that the plan of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa is an "impositor". Incredibly surprising that for years, compared to the General Boards, the Council became practically empty (I recall the time of my incorporation, the General Boards voted in favour of the A-8 motorway toll, but the Council that was in the hands of the PNV did not take this into consideration. When the pole of power has moved by hand, hence the jokes) and those who did not even want to hear from the popular question, I was angry to see them scream in the opposite direction. Because memory is interested. Somehow, they've forgotten that some leftist Abertzale mayors were tried for organizing popular consultations about the APR when the PSOE was in power. That is to say, the word imposition, each uses it in a very interested way, always according to its ideology.

I have no doubt on which side justice lies in this debate. Apart from the tricks, I am convinced that in a clear debate it can be easily demonstrated, the waste plan of the current Member, much cleaner than that of the Incinerator, cheaper (the cost of incineration of EUR 427.5 million, half the full plan of the Member) and, furthermore, better from the health point of view. That is true, and with total legitimacy, with enough time to be well organized. For example, in the next municipal and foral elections, being executed in parallel but jointly.
