Put to the late Xabier Lete

I Lose
the unfortunate voice of
the bertsolaris Extinction
of you that the dream will not be
able to cure.
Wherever you are, I'd like you
to take this bouquet of flowers
if the proverb isn't to put
six verses to you.
II
You lit the old bell to
our delight
to put your voice,
your feeling and magic.
To bring Etxahun, Bilintx, Xenpelar...
to our time... the support
of the branches that would emerge from
the same trunk.

III Then
we took the Habano language with
little embarrassment to
dress up the most solemn
moments of verse.
The wind is coming... and with
the dance of your
ropes today’s verse owes
Xabier a great debt to you.
IV
Xalbador won't be forgotten with
you either.
Hidden in the future that is now a souvenir
to the pig.
The ship is
going to kiss the
waves and you'll be
welcomed by who.

V Poetry
and thought, singing the
son of a
columnist worker and the oven
of the verse.
The owner of what
you've left us
with, probably without a
well-deserved confession.
VI
Goodbye Xabier I don’t want you
to endorse the
addition thank you, keep
singing and so do we.
In you will always be the
dust of the stars living
you will have the sunrise
by the ice zai.

The melody is: “The son of a

worker.” Send your lots to bertsoak@argia.eus. We will post the selected ones on this page.
