The III. The City Council of Ibarra (Guipúzcoa) and the Basque Language Group Calaundi have launched the competition. The prizes will be divided into three levels: Those up to 12 years old will earn material for drawing, collection of comics and publication of the work; in those between 12 and 18 years old, the former will receive 400 euros and the latter 200 euros; in those over 18 years old, prizes of 800 and 600 euros will be awarded.
