The Municipal Police of Pamplona/Iruña has decided not to condemn young people for belonging to group 4. Courts of Investigation. The judge has pointed out that "there is a lack of strong evidence from the accusation" of the aggression. He added that the part of the indictment did not present any report of the people who made the access to the buildings. In addition, none of the processed young people appears in the photographs presented. Some of the young people have also been charged with responsibility in Gaztetxe Marvels, but also in that indictment the judge has dropped out of less evidence.

The penalty of EUR 56,000 is therefore suspended for fines and damages to which the Public Prosecutor’s Office has applied in its entirety.

Gaztetxe Marvels was evicted twice. The first was in August 2018 and the second and last was on January 19, 2019. Currently, the building is closed in concrete.
