The events occurred last Wednesday in a Navarra locality in the Ribera de Navarra. The 30-year-old man cut off the localization bracelet with a metal saw and entered the house of his former partner, breaking the removal order. The Ertzaintza ordered men to leave because of gender-based violence.

The Foral Police, aware that the locator had been offline for two hours, headed towards the location where the device was last located. There they found the locator broken, who had been taken to Cruces Hospital. From there they went to the dwelling where the woman was, which was located on the spot.

He was arrested for breaking an order of removal and subsequently imprisoned.
