This agreement, on the other hand, has explained the secrets between the members of the party. The joint candidature meant that the vote was not taken at the congress, and that the one who opposed that candidature could not show it. On the contrary, the Directorate makes an amendment, which, although a single application, is put to the vote so that whoever is against can appear.
