Cabacas parents have asked for the acquittal of the Ertzainas by the prosecutor: "We've been humiliated."
- On the penultimate day of the trial for the death of Iñigo Cabacas, all parties have presented their conclusions and requests definitively. The prosecutor maintains his initial request that he do not appreciate crime and asks for acquittal for the defendants. Presenters Fina Lizeranzu and Manu Cabacas have left the program with tears, very grievous, angry and full of pain. “Is our son in the cemetery and the prosecutor does not see any signs of crime in it?”
The indictment has also maintained its initial approach: it has asked the defendants for four years in prison and six years in prison.
In the penultimate session, the Spanish police have declared that they have analyzed the bullets, shotguns and rubber balls used by the agents on 5 April 2012. Since the trial began on 15 October, several contradictory versions, consensual testimonies and the impunity of senior officials have been some of the protagonists.
