You will know that, as a reader, in order to be a career official — the group traditionally known as an official — so far the tests of the Ordinary Opposition Competition have had to be passed, and so has also happened in the Department of Education; for example, on the last two Saturdays of October thousands of teachers will have to perform these examinations. It will have to be heard, as a reader, that these Ordinary Opposition Competitions are nothing short of tender, as they have four phases: we have to check that theoretical content is incorporated, demonstrate that practical content is dominated, defend orally the programming of the whole year before the court and overcome a year of practice. You may not know that, in order to comply with a European judgment of 1999, the Department of Education, by virtue of the order emanating from Spain, will convert 3,200 teachers and professors into career officials with work experience, academic training and other merits, in this last paragraph the overcoming of the opposition phase in the same speciality of the body to which it is contested and, by chance, the minority in this paragraph.

However, the problem is not how they will become career officials; the problem is that, in the Transfer Competitions, the places will be chosen before we are career officials through the Ordinary Opposition Competitions. And he wonders, what are you saying? Well, in short, once appointed career official, depending on their preferences we choose destination, that is, the work center, in the Transfer Competition. In this process that we will have to carry out soon, the priority is the one with the highest score. Until last year, we have begun to accumulate points of seniority since his appointment as officials, because, since last year, the years of readers, interim or interim, or what is the same, substitutes, are also taken into account, so those of the merit process will be placed before those of us who are career officials for the Ordinary Competition Competition.

Incidentally, all these places have not existed to be offered in the Ordinary Competition, but yes, from day to day, on merits. By chance, until now, there have been no places for us to settle where we wanted, and suddenly nobody knows where, but 3,200 places have appeared. By chance, because so far these places have not been offered in the Transfer, many of them are in a precarious situation. By chance, we will continue in the interim situation, because merits will be brought forward. And, coincidentally, even the career officials who have the final seat, we can hardly move to the center where we really want to, because merits have a higher score and before they will choose the places. For all these reasons, we ask the Department of Education to evaluate the achievement of the Regular Competition and the year of internship, regardless of the route, so that all career officials can attend the Transfer under similar conditions.

In the autumn the answer came: no. And in the fall, like trees, who are career officials through the Ordinary Opposition Competition, we've become naked. And gradually our group begins to get sick, to deteriorate and to be concerned, because nobody puts into value the effort, the work, the sacrifice and the suffering we have suffered: neither the Department of Education, nor the unions — perhaps many of those who have been given a place for merits are released into the unions.
