On Thursday two Tubacex strikes were held at the Palacio de Justicia in Vitoria, but after more than two hours of waiting, it has been suspended. However, one of the workers has reached an agreement with the prosecution and the private prosecution and has recognised a 4 month prison sentence, which does not have to be imprisoned, because it has no history and is less than two years old, what are the financial fines? In particular, two Ertzainas will receive compensation of EUR 4,340 and EUR 490, with a penalty of EUR 5 for 30 days.

The existence of two accusations against the defendant, 14 months ' imprisonment by the Public Prosecutor ' s Office and 3 years ' and 10 months ' imprisonment by the private prosecution. He was accused of attack and injury.

Suspension of the trial

However, the other striker must return to the Court of Vitoria on 10 November to face the 14 month prison sentence. In his case, the prosecutor argues that they have not called for a "mistake" two essential witnesses, two Ertzainas who arrested the worker.

However, the defendant’s lawyer responds very strongly to the petition, as he understands that there have been no errors, but that the prosecutor has not done his job well: "There are no mistranscripts in agent numbers. What has happened is that they have not called. The process began more than a year ago and there has been plenty of time to prepare for the trial."

In any case, the judge has accepted the prosecutor’s request and suspended the trial.

It should be noted that this will be the second postponed trial related to the Tubacex strike. In fact, what three young people had on 18 September was suspended by an administrative error.
