At 07:30 hours, when the steering buses and the unstriking workers and the vans of the Ertzaintza have arrived at the entrance of the company, the strikers and feminists waited for them in the sitting. As Aiaraldea reported, the Ertzaintza has threatened to separate one from one to the women sitting on the ground and to impose fines. The representatives of the feminist picket have responded that they would not move along the road. The Ertzaintza has come down from the van and has finally not opposed the protesters because the workers and the management have refused to enter the company.

Tubacex intends to drop 150 workers and the workers are on indefinite strike, the Basque Department of Security has reported. The pickets are being daily, but this is the first time that strikers get production stopped completely. Two weeks ago there were serious incidents in the same place and the Ertzaintza injured and arrested several strikers in the same place as the events.
