The Rikardo Arrangi Awards for the first time have had two categories. The Ttap digital magazine and the Gertu de Kanaldude program have been the winners of this edition. Ttap has been awarded the Communication Award for being the first multimedia journal in Euskera and for the steps taken on the road to consolidation.

Closely, the program produces reports that encourage citizen participation, "from idea to realization". That is why the programme has received the Journalism Prize. In addition, journalist Iñaki Elorza was awarded for his career at the event held in Andoain (Gipuzkoa).
