The Spanish National Audience follows the movements that have taken place in the Tsunami Democràtic (Tarragona). The Civil Guard closed the website last October and made it available to the judicial authority, and now wants to analyze the actions carried out between 11 and 13 November in Jonquera and Girona.

The court argues that it may be a crime of "terrorism" and investigates whether "violent acts like kale borroka" or "street violence" have been committed.

Tsunami Democràtic was set up in October to denounce the convictions of politicians imprisoned by the referendum on independence in Catalonia. According to La Vanguardia, the National Court considers that some of the "thinkers" who are part of the platform are linked to independence parties.
