Users of the residence of elderly people San Roque de Llodio are obliged to bring "diapers to view", according to the letter. The letter was signed and sent by the Zainqui Araba Association, after consulting the family members of the elderly users: "They are asked to carry their pants open at the back, with a rubber at the waist; the argument of that surreal demand is that they are more easily changed their diaper and do no harm to them."

In addition, according to the family, residents who need walking help stay in a wheelchair throughout the day, so they are not helped to walk. They have also indicated that this is under the responsibility of the family and friends of the victim.

"Where are the respect, dignity and ethics? ", the Office of the Ombudsman of Álava has asked in the letter. However, the responsibility is not put on the workers' roof: the ratios of the staff of the center and the nurses are not enough, the quality of the food is drastically reduced, there is no satisfactory control... The Algerian Deputy for Social Policy, Gorka Uraran, has called for an "immediate solution" to all these problems.

In the Uraran: "No relevant incidents"

The Member has made public a note calling for Caja Navarra to be treated and for it to refuse "any vejatory treatment". The Department of Gorka Uraran explained that they already knew in advance "some complaints" related to the day-to-day life of the center, but that there are no registered complaints. In addition, the note points out that the inspection was carried out recently and that "significant incidences" were not detected in the inspection performed. In addition, he was "surprised" by the fact that the Deputy "wishes to question" the professionalism of the workers of the residence.

As for the ratios, according to the note, the Representative said that they are "far above" the decree: "In the case of nurses, the ratio is exceeded by 316%, psychogeriatric places increase by 127% and nursing auxiliaries double".
