"My goal was to investigate the system of impunity for torture in the Basque Country"
- After seven years of work, Pauline Guell presents his doctoral thesis in public law. During these long years he has worked on the "impunity of torture", taking as an example Euskal Herria, from the time of Franco until 2022.
