At a joint hearing with the Minister of Health, Philippe stressed that health outcomes are good at state level, "even though we are still prudent". At the end of May, the situation is a little better than the forecasts and, therefore, citizens will have new freedoms.

In addition, it announced the third phase of de-escalation by 22 June and announced the “StopCovid-19” app that will be available on the Internet.
