On Tuesday, it was reported that Superberri would withdraw from the application of the regulatory dossier by decision of the management. Superberria is the company that uses the large BM Point of Sale (Uvesco) to manage several BM Shop stores, and in early September announced its intention to close all stores, so it would launch a regulatory dossier. The possible closure would place a lock to the shops BM Shop in Bilbao, Casco Viejo de Bilbao, Ugao (Bizkaia), Amurrio (Álava) and Llodio (Álava), as well as to the shop BM Shop in Barakaldo managed by the company Roxima 2020 SM. In that case, there would be 70 unemployed workers.

Shortly after the company's intentions were known, on 16 September, the workers began an indefinite strike. The strike began with the mobilization at Laudio, and since then the stores have been closed. Trade unions LAB and CCOO have reported that the continuation of the strike has been almost 100%.

Once the regulation dossier has been withdrawn, the strikers will return to work. From now on the shops will be subrogated to Uvesco and will keep all jobs. Once this pre-agreement has been reached, workers will begin negotiations with the Directorate. "Until we can clear up any doubts about the future, we will remain vigilant and organized," said the LAB union. "There's a lot to do, a lot to walk. But we are now engaged in the celebration, it must be celebrated, because the success is that the employment regulation dossier has been removed. We have repealed it thanks to unity, to everyone's efforts, to the workers' decision". In this video, the statements he has offered to Aiara have been complete:
