The aggression took place last Friday, 8 May, in the Bilbaíno district of Otxarkoaga, and the woman who suffered it has denounced the facts. As he reported, the dog went out to the street for a walk, met a acquaintance and both went to a street venue. Once in place, the man proposed to have sex, and when the woman said no, she raped her.

In the early hours of Saturday, after denouncing the aggression, the woman visibilized the aggressor from her home and became aware of it to the Ertzaintza. After tracking in the immediate vicinity, the aggressor was arrested and imprisoned.
