The PSOE filed an appeal against LOMCE in March 2014, which has been rejected at Tuesday’s session. The remedy required, inter alia, that discriminatory sex education should be financed with public money and that religion should not be a compulsory subject.

All the arguments for appeal have been rejected by the Constitutional Court of the Spanish State, so that sexual discrimination will be subsidized by the State, and religion will be a compulsory subject.
