For trying to put a banner for prisoners, fine and the court
- Parents and children Joseba and Eñaut Alvarez have been punished with a fine of EUR 750 for trying to put a banner in favour of the repatriation of Basque prisoners the day before the San Sebastian holiday.

On the eve of San Sebastian, in Plaza Nueva, an attempt was made to place a great flag asking that the Basque prisoners come to the roof to the Basque people. However, when they went down to the ground to tie the ropes on both sides, it was hit by Municipal Guard officers and did not allow the flag to be launched.
They are also called to testify before the judge on 18 May. Father and son and the Piztu platform report that they are also at risk of criminal prosecution.
They indicate that the City Council of Donostia and the Municipal Police have opened proceedings against them.
