Juancar was a young man born in Málaga (Andalusia) who moved to Madrid to study a degree of maintenance of air conditioning in Vocational Training. He lived on a floor ceded by his uncle, in the Moratalaz neighborhood, out of downtown. Since he was from Andalusia he did not know anyone in Madrid, but he said he was excited to go to the capital and integrate into the neighborhoods where social movements have strength.

This is the story he told the militants of the neighborhood's social movements. But it was a lie. His name was Carlos P.M. and graduated in June 2020 in the XXXIV promotion of the Spanish Police, in the school of Ávila, northeast of Madrid, in which several police officers have prepared to infiltrate social movements, the eighth case of infiltration that has been published.

Integration into movements

The first contact with this politicized medium was made by Juancar in November 2020, at the gym La Fábrika in the Vallecas neighborhood, training martial arts. One of the training members was a militant of the District 14 movement. Thanks to him, before the end of the year he approached an assembly as he showed "great interest" for Juancar to get involved in this group for "political concerns".

The Salto talks with several activists of the social movements in which he integrated and say that he had a "shy form", that there were no conflicts with anyone and that they did favors to get people right. "I was always willing to work," says a colleague.

He was in charge of feeding the alibi. He completed his maintenance training and started working at a company, and uploaded photos of the company's van by Juancar Instagram. But, according to the militants who have spoken to El Salto, they were sometimes "weird" not to condition time and availability for militancy; if something had to be done every day and at any time, he said he was willing. Later, members of social movements meet Instagram of Carlos P.M.

The other issue that raised them was the incident on the day that several drums were pumped into their house. In fact, the meetings held at CPK La Bankarrota until they were fired from the occupied building led the movement members home in search of water. In fact, by then, as he himself counted, if he had been living in it for more than a year, he opened the water faucet and the brown water came out, as if it hadn't opened long enough.

Sergio and Lucía: two other agents infiltrated in the area

In September 2023, Sergio G.A met thanks to the joint investigation of El Salto y Directo. when the infiltrated police spent six years infiltrating various movements in Madrid, in the same neighborhood as Carlos P.M.

A District 14 militant tells El Salto: "Sergio G.A has surely had the responsibility to open the way to Juancar, has helped him as a guide, and surely has collaborated in several assemblies and actions, in safe actions".

Sergio's case triggered alarms in the collective District 14. Faced with the possibility of other policemen infiltrated, the District 14 movement decided to strengthen security and Carlos P.M. came to suspect that they could find reasons to make their identity known.

Last April the infiltration of Lucia was announced, who joined the Anti-Repressive Movement along with Sergio, where he spent three years, and once known, Carlos disappeared from Madrid from day to day. They have not known anything about him. Soon after they left, they found the personal Carlos P.M.ren Instagram account.

The eighth case, at the moment

This is the eighth case of the infiltrated police that Directo and El Salto have brought to light since June 2022.

The former was intercepted by La Directo in Catalan independence and the housing movement. As of January 2023 they have come to the rescue: in January they made public the case of the police that was also present in the social movements of Barcelona and in the vitorian district of Errekaleor, in February the case of the Valencian activism, in March the case of Madrid, in July in Girona, and the sixth and seventh Sergio G.A.
