- In February 2022, war is revived in Europe, beyond the invasion of a country, the entire continent and the fear of a war that could perhaps ignite the world. On 24, Vladimir Putin stated at the same time that he reported that the Russian Army had invaded Ukraine: “If anyone intends to hinder us or threaten our country and people, know that Russia will respond immediately with consequences that he has never seen in his history.” He was threatening with atomic weapons, as many Europeans understood.
