- On the eve of the COP26 Congress, Via Campesina, who wants to be the speaker of peasants around the planet, has tried to ensure that the climate does not fall further from the Valley (Zimbabwe): “We demand recognition of what agro-ecological agriculture, sustainable forestry and better land use can help reduce gas emissions, sequester carbon in the soil and build resilience.” On the basis of this proposal, we have worked with Pello Zubiria on the benefit that soil can bring to the climate, provided that work is done properly.
