PODCAST #21 | Martinique and Guadeloupe contaminate with insecticides
- Chlordecone insecticide spread between 1972 and 1993 in banana plantations in Martinique and Guadeloupe. Today, the two islands that depend on France are totally contaminated: land, water and inhabitants, all contaminated. This scandal highlights the need to bring the environmental struggle from a decolonial point of view.
