- Navarre Suma has started the recession, there is no week in which there are hardly any setbacks. In one it is about ordinances of Euskera, in the other about mobility or urbanism, and in the next one about sucking sanfermines, diets of municipal offices or children's schools. It is time for counter-reform: Enrique Maya has ordered the boiler to be filled with coal, standing in the machinery room of the municipal command, and has launched aloud: “Let’s go to the past!”
