Eight are the main points contained in the agreement:

1. Proposal to renew the contracts of Josu Eskiroz, Jon Mariezkurrena, Unai Laso and Vázquez Esteban, each in a different time frame.

2nd Set the annual minimum wage at 25,000 euros, provided that the appraisals return to at least 80% in the three Autonomous Communities where the festivals are held.

3. Plus Estelar for the pelotaris participating in this type of matches.

4. Payment of travel allowances outside the CAPV and Navarra.

5. Establishment of an agreed internal regime.

6- Modification of training standards. Pelotaris will be able to choose between attending workouts run by the company or training on their own.

7. Make the exclusivity clauses for pelotaris more flexible with lower wages.

8- The LPC also undertakes other commitments in the field of botillers, right to information, working schedule or competition calendar.

ELA: "The agreement shows that it is possible to deal with precariousness through the organization"

The ELA trade union congratulated the Pelotaris and stressed the "importance of trade union organisation as a tool for dealing with precariousness and impositions in companies".

He added that the outcome of the struggle has shown that it is "very important" to organize in a trade union, also in professional sport, "because it is the only guarantee to improve working conditions": "It has been shown that, without their struggle, such an agreement would not exist," he added.

"The High Court of Justice decree was a turning point in that struggle," says the ELA union. "Without a doubt, and with a very important background for this group, it has been an essential instrument for the defense of the right to strike and the value of the mobilizations".
