Eight are the main points contained in the agreement:
1. Proposal to renew the contracts of Josu Eskiroz, Jon Mariezkurrena, Unai Laso and Vázquez Esteban, each in a different time frame.

8- The LPC also undertakes other commitments in the field of botillers, right to information, working schedule or competition calendar.

The ELA trade union congratulated the Pelotaris and stressed the "importance of trade union organisation as a tool for dealing with precariousness and impositions in companies".
