The cycling march began on 13 June the Basque Country Pensioners’ Movement and until 25 June they will ride Euskal Herria by bicycle. Through this initiative, three are the demands they want to open up: the defence of public services, the distribution of care and the minimum pension of EUR 1,080.

“Every step, every pedalada, is worth a lot” is the motto of the march that will travel 700 kilometers across different municipalities of Euskal Herria. The movement invites all citizens to attend the demonstration to be held on 25 June in Donostia. Because the measures will not only be for current pensioners, but also for future pensioners.
