Turnout in 2020 two hours before closing the ballot box
- The first participation data were collected this year at 13:00 (before 12:00) and the afternoon data at 18:00 (not at 17:00 as before). Comparisons cannot therefore be made between them. In addition to the hour, the forms have changed. Unlike so far, participation data is real and not estimation. However, in the absence of two hours of closing the ballot box, the turnout for 2020 has already been exceeded, with 50.78% votes. Bizkaia is the territory with the highest participation, 51.9%, followed by Gipuzkoa, 50.7%, and Álava, 48.7%.

In the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, by 13:00 hours, 28% of the population who can vote has come to the electoral venue.
