As every year, a large community of Argia neighbours will meet at the restaurant, together with numerous social agents and representatives of the world of Basque culture.

After the meal the prizes decided by the ARGIA writing will be distributed at 16:00. The writing of ARGIA formally decides them, but there are many people who approach the candidates, both the other partners and collaborators of ARGIA and the citizenship in general. They are called and responded through social networks, making the list of candidates longer and longer. There is nothing to say, more work for drafting, but also more chances of getting right.

Communication in Basque is rewarded in the following areas: audiovisual, radio, written press, internet and promotional action. People, initiatives or groups in Basque culture are also rewarded, but this prize is not essential. This year's edition is number 30.

These are the winners of the last edition: The journal Harmail and its authors Eñaut Barandiaran, Aitor Manterola and Iñaki Berastegi (press), those responsible for the web Txantxangorria.eus Gabi de La Maza (Internet), Jokin Aldazábal presents the program Ekosfera de Euskadi Irratia (radio), Uxue Anitačačaí di.

As usual, the awards will be available live on the ARGIA website. The event will also be made known on social networks; on Twitter, the hashtag #argiasariak will be used.
