Ads of these types of websites have been banned almost 100% in the Spanish State, both on radio and on television and the Internet. Advertising can only be made on TV between 1:00 and 5:00 in the morning. The Minister of Consumer Affairs, Alberto Garzón, has argued that pathological gambling can become a pathological problem in the Basque Country.
