- The City Hall of New York is studying the requests of centers that want to give an outdoor school, with the aim of giving all the facilities since the administration: it has already authorized 800 centers, more than 220 schools will use city parks and 100 centers will close their streets so that they can be used by teachers and students.
In a megalopolis like New York, the City Hall is clear: the most effective way to deal with the pandemic is to give classes in the open air as far as possible and as provided for in the municipal plan. The plan, which affects both public and private schools in the city, continues to collect requests from the centres. In case of need, the City Hall approves the closure of the streets of the school center for their education. The priority is the neighborhoods that have suffered the most pandemics.

The first school day, moreover, has been postponed until 21 September in order to prepare everything in the most appropriate way.
