Navarra wants to remove the mask from its interiors for after Easter
  • This was announced this Tuesday by the Minister of Health of the Government of Navarra, Santos Indurain, at a press conference. A meeting on COVID-19 is scheduled for Wednesday between the territories of the Spanish State, in which it has been said that more specific decisions may be taken, although, in fact, the issue of masks is not on the agenda.

Santos Indurain has pointed out that the holidays of Easter should still be carried out with masks, since in that period exchanges between citizens and mobility are still important, but then the foral government is planning to remove the masks.

However, the removal of masks would be progressive and would be maintained in places such as the elderly or those related to health and transportation. Indurain stressed, however, that the measure is not entirely urgent and that consensus with the rest of the State will prevail.

The president of the Government of Spain, Pedro Sánchez, has pointed out that, after the advice of the experts, from the first second he will remove the royal decree regulating the use of the mask.
