In Navarre only those of the house may meet at home until 4 November
- Only family members in Navarre may meet at private meetings. The Government of Navarra will adopt this measure on 28 October, after its publication in the Official State Gazette, and it will continue until 4 November. This was announced by the Health Advisor, Santos Indurain, who announced the measure.
Persons living alone, dependents, minors and couples living in separate households shall be exempt from this partnership rule.
In addition to this rule, until 4 November the ban on leaving or entering Navarre will be in force, as well as the possibility of staying on the street between 23:00 and 6:00 am, except for reasons of health, work or other causes of force majeure.
