Among the demands of the call for a strike are the lowering of ratios, the reduction of the bureaucratic burden or the rise in wages. On Tuesday morning they started with the news pickets and some teachers spent the night in schools. Subsequently, mass demonstrations were held in Pamplona and Tudela. Thousands of people have manifested themselves in the demonstrations that have taken place in the two Navarre cities. According to the trade unions, the strike has been monitored at between 60 and 65 per cent, while according to the government it has been 28 per cent.

ELA welcomes the day of strike and believes that the only way to achieve the demands is to continue with the mobilisations. The LAB spokesman noted that “issues that seemed unnegotiable have been put on the table” and insisted on the need to mobilize, because“ is the way to achieve results.” Afapna's spokesman has also made a positive assessment of the strike and stressed that the participation has been greater than in the previous one, and that the education community is "raising awareness of the problems".

Trade union representatives have stressed that the Government of Navarra should take into account the demands of workers in the 2025 budgets. Taking into account the "success" of the mobilizations, they have asked the Education Advisor, Carlos Gimeno, to make a more serious proposal. "We hope that the meeting will be held with reasonable proposals," said Steilas, who has trusted to meet.
