The Government of Navarra shall allocate the EUR 14.2 million to social measures as follows:

- Aid from the Navarra Agency of the Unit will be financed with EUR 7.2 million.

- The Government of Navarre will allocate an additional 5 million to the basic income stock to guarantee a minimum income for families who have been convicted of unemployment since the second half of the year. By the end of 2019, there were 12,900 households in Navarre receiving basic income.

- the Government will allocate EUR 100,000 to shelters in Pamplona and Tudela, for homeless people. The Government acknowledges that "in the current state of confinement, the number of beds in these two shelters is not sufficient". For this reason, with these EUR 100,000, the Government wishes to make two more hostels available: A hostel with capacity for 40 people in Pamplona and an area of the Youth Hostel of Tudela that is currently not available.

- Allocate EUR 1 million to municipal services.

- EUR 500,000 for municipal social services to meet the urgent needs of citizens. They are often used to pay rent, supplies and food.

- EUR 185,000 for bonds and food supplies.

- EUR 184,851 to cover monthly contributions which will not be charged for haurreskolas.

The Fort Prince of Pamplona residence will be adapted for homeless COVID19 sufferers

The Fort Prince residence of the capital will accommodate 20 homeless people who do not have to be hospitalized for coronavirus.
