- The French Parliament has approved the Stop Covid- app, which controls user movements and their environment through bluetooth technology. The use of the application is not mandatory, it can be downloaded by anyone who wants it. The Minister of Health, Olivier Véran, has underlined the importance of collective health and has responded to criticism by stating that failure to respond to the situation the State is experiencing will go against freedom.
