Garde reports on what happened in the letter published in the Journal of News: “On 13 May, following the workers’ assembly held in Berriozar around the strike in children’s schools in Navarra. I went to Altsasu, to my village, to the pintxos pot. There, some young people showed interest in our conflict and decided to make a photo of solidarity, as we have done with other groups that have shown their support”.

“I have received a certified letter,” Garde continues. “The Government delegate, José Luis Arasti Pérez, has initiated before me a dossier of penalties for violation of the Organic Law of Citizen Security. There is a fine of EUR 100 to EUR 600.”

He explains that proceedings have been brought against it on the basis of a complaint lodged by two civil guards for being “responsible for the illegal concentration”. What was the reason for the concentration, it is not mentioned in Garde’s letter. “I want to make it clear that I was not at the time collected in Altsasu’s complaint, that I was not identified, that I did not participate in any concentration and that agents refer to a photograph that has been posted on social networks and that is the only proof to denounce it.”

“I know that with these kinds of behaviors they want me to be shut down. It’s no coincidence that the reported person is me,” says the spokesman for the platform 0-3. “If the one who has given the order believes that others like me are going to close our mouths, it’s very wrong. I have long decided to fight for my ideas with arguments, regardless of their consequences.”
