Tribute to Mixel Berhokoirigoin at the feast of the Basque House of Agriculture
  • The Basque House of Agriculture (EHLG) will hold its seventeenth birthday on 7 May, at an event that will take place in Ainhiza monjolos. It will be a special day, as it is one year since the death of the farmer Mixel Berhokoirigoin.

- Already a year ago! He has left a hole, no doubt, but they have also given us many keys to moving forward," the EHLG said. "That is what we want to underline with the tribute we are going to pay you," he added. They have announced that, through images, writings and witnesses, they will account for the life and crops of Berhokorigoin, their contributions as a Basque and as a citizen of the world.

After the morning event there will be a popular meal (reservations here) and in the afternoon there will be concerts: Bokale Brass Band, Kurtney Barnetx, Pelax, Fusible, Willis Drummond, DJ Xa2 and DJ BixtÜk participated in the official section.
