Without special conditions, EH Bildu has asked the PSN to pave the way for conversation, understanding that is what is a responsibility. Early on Monday afternoon, Geroa Bai appeared to warn that the negotiations were "in a state of clear deadlock", meaning that there are difficulties in remaking the agreement of the last legislature.
