Jupol acknowledges that Spanish police are under pressure to arrest migrants from the Aliens and Borders Brigade of Irun. He also points out that threats and blackmail are also common to fulfill “statistics”. In other words, more and more arrests are being pushed by the Spanish police under the threat of relocation. Indeed, it has acknowledged that similar pressures and policies are common, “standardised for long years”.
