The Basque communities of Biarritz are revived by local associations
- After a decade of sleep, the bear will be awakened on February 22 in Biarritz. Festilasai, the Rock Association, the Maritzulia dance company, the Youth Centre and the Ikastola have joined forces to offer a special programme this year.

On February 22, a parade with a song, a dance and a car will be proposed. The participants are trying to re-promote the event that has lost its strength in recent years.
The Maritzulia Company proposes an exhibition of traditional costumes until 28 February in the village house, and around the exhibition, it is also carrying out a pedagogical project with the local schools.
