- In one of the new chapters of the children’s series Peppa Tps, a bear with two mothers, the political party Fratelli D’Italia asks public television RAI to prohibit it. It's a new exit from the tip of the right, yes, but the homophobic party is the first of the election polls that the Italians have on top.
The arguments for censorship are not new: to leave children in peace, which is a gender indoctrination teaching children to a family composed of two mothers, that the younger ones “confuse”... Famiglia Onlus, “partnership for life”, has joined the campaign and has qualified as “a very serious gay part” of cartoons, which are many parents who are pregnant.
The rest of the parties generally state that the request is funny. But behind this crazy demand lies the fearsome profile of the party that can win the elections on the last Sunday of September, to which the latest polls give it a great advantage.
LGBT community at destination
Peeing the LGBTI+ community and having children as an excuse for it is often a good bait for politicians to get votes. We have already heard it, but it is not acceptable: some allow the mere claim or spectacularity of sexual liberation among children, but what they want to sell as LGBT+ apology is nothing more than a reflection of their LGBT+phobia, and they do not realize how useful and enriching it is for children who only consume hegemonic canons to know those who are building their identity – and their world is wider.
